HIGH-QUALITY FELT TUBES FOR LUBRICATION OF BAND BLADES

The band blades are lucky with a woolen companion. For their best oiling are particularly suitable pipes made of natural felt. Felt is very durable and elastic so that the felt cylinder repeats all bends of the knife without damaging the knife surface and gearing. The resistance of the technical felt to temperature influences and the low thermal conductivity help the band blade to not heat up during work.

The felt tubes are manufactured in the classical manufacturing process by felting and walking. Felt manufacturing uses state-of-the-art production equipment based on millennia-old processes, resulting in the production of high-quality technical wool felt.

We use only natural material for the production of felt tubes for the bread slicing plants.

The product is available in every size and can also be custom made to your desired dimensions.
