This is the fully automatic equipment for dividing the dough into workpieces, their subsequent rounding and forming into buns. The operator only needs to pick up the baking tray with the finished products. Suitable for any type of dough, including that of long-lasting proofing.

  • Optimized use of dough: only the amount that can be handled at the moment come on the controlled by sensors pre-former.
  • Facilitation of the operator’s work: it is always known of the necessity to add raw materials thanks to a transparent filler for feeding the dough.
  • The opportunity to use the machine to make not only round, but also rectangular buns.
  • No flour dust on buns and inside the unit.
  • Simple cleaning thanks to the easily removable rounding module.

  • Dividing drum with highly efficient quadrangular sub-chambers
  • Main chamber with the stainless steel tray
  • Piston with adjustable pressure

Additional equipment:

  • Separating guides for the production of buns in 4, 5 or 6 streams.

Warranty:

12 months acc. to VDMA on the parts of the machines damaged due to documented factory defects. These parts are replaced free of charge. The warranty does not cover all parts of machines subject to normal aging.
