Equipment for kneading dough with a stationary dough trough and a mobile square spiral as a kneading tool. The machine is suitable for any dough.

Characteristic properties of the machine:

  • Modern technology that makes it easy to operate and maintain the machine.
  • Stationary dough trough for 40-160 kg of dough.
  • Automatic control.
  • 10 preset and stored kneading auto programs.
  • Permanent measurement of the dough’s temperature.
  • The first stage makes 90 s with the option of moving the bowl against the movement of the spiral for rapid and intensive mixing.
  • Auto-transition to the second stage.
  • Auto shutdown according to the set time or temperature.
  • Raised center of the kneading trough for optimal processing of small quantity of dough.
  • Ergonomically comfortable, raised bowl position facilitates dough removal.

Generally available component parts:

  • Stainless steel housing
  • Separate engine for rotating the kneading trough
  • Stainless steel bowl with level pressure distribution
  • Lifting bowl cover made of PETG, shockproof, with a window in front and a safety feature
  • Stainless steel spiral, with a square cross section for reducing the temperature of the dough

Warranty:

12 months acc. to VDMA on the parts of machines damaged due to documented manufacturing defects. These parts are replaced free of charge. The warranty does not cover all parts of the machines subject to normal aging.
