Rattan proofing pans

Pans for round, oval and rectangular loaves, as well as the ones of other geometric configurations. Due to the use of natural material, which retains heat and absorbs moisture, the dough is proofed evenly. The pans are suitable not only for traditional and eco-bakeries, but for large automated bakery productions as well.

Distinctive pans features:

  • Made from 100% natural rattan material proved by DGUV Test.
  • The material also meets hygiene standards, the pans do not form moldiness.
  • Do not contain foreign materials and removable parts.
  • Simply cleaned, suitable even for a dishwasher (with no use of detergent).
  • Suitable for use without nets and other additional materials.

Additional options:

  • Manufacture by customer’s sizes.
  • Plotting the inscriptions, logos and images on the pan’s bottom at the customer’s request.
