Ideal for baking large bakery products, large pies, loaves, flat cakes, long loafs, as the small holes in the bottom ensure optimal heat transfer and help the bread bake evenly. For particularly soft dough, micro-perforated sheets can be used to avoid the "dotted left side" effect.
