The appearance and quality of the coating of various surfaces, especially baking trays and knives for bread-cutters, largely affect the appearance of the finished bakery products, as well as their shelf life.
The application of coatings is possible both for the components purchased from us and for those sent by you. All offered coatings have been tested and certified in the European Union and are suitable for use in the food industry.

Why should we emphasize that the coating is epoxy-free? For the reason that according to recent studies, epoxy resins, based on which the overwhelming majority of antibacterial coatings are created, cannot be considered completely safe for use in the food industry. In European countries, particularly in Germany, there is already the debates on the prohibition of epoxy-containing layers on equipment and components for food production.
The new coating offered by us meets all hygienic standards; it is patented and certified in Germany.
In addition, it has several side effects: increased resistance to abrasion, improved sliding motion, significantly reduced already minimal growth of bacteria.
